Approximately 30 minute consult going over paperwork, what your goals are, and what you are looking for in a Personal Trainer. This will be a free consult and no exercising will occur during this consult. We will make sure we will be a good team together to achieve your goals! Please have a Par-Q Questionnaire and the Initial Consult Form filled out prior to this meeting. It will save time and allow us to get a jump-start to this consult. If you cannot print the forms, no worries, I will be able to provide them at the consult. Please keep in mind, it may take a little longer if the forms are filled out at the time of the consult.
65 minute session. Includes 10 minute warmup and an approximate 5 minute stretch/cool down.
Who doesn't want to eat healthier and feel better? In this free meeting, we will talk about goals and see if we are a match to work on those goals together! I am here to motivate you and help you in any way possible.
After you have chosen me a your guide to a healthier you, this will be our continuation of services option. We will go over your progress and logs and shape what the future of you nutrition looks like. This can be done over video or in person. Once a week, once every two weeks...you be the guide!
